How to Raise a Complaint

Clean epoxy-coated garage floor in a San Jacinto home

Last updated: October 2026

Say a call went badly, or a job did not turn out as you hoped. Opposedwhy Floor Coating wants to hear about it. Every homeowner who reaches out should be treated fairly. This page shows how to speak up and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • How a call or message with Opposedwhy Floor Coating went
  • How your personal data was used or protected
  • Anything on the site that looks wrong or confusing
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

When the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer care. If you are unhappy with a coating job, raise it with the provider in writing first. Keep copies of what you send.

Please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Opposedwhy Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or act on a provider's behalf.

What to Put in Your Message

Email contact@opposedwhy.homes and include:

  • Your name and contact details
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's company name, if you know it
  • A short account of what happened and what outcome you would like

What Happens After You Write

We will confirm we got your message by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include talking with the provider. After that, we will tell you what we found and what we plan to do.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask for a second look. You may also contact your state attorney general, a consumer protection office, or the Better Business Bureau near you. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help too.
